Highly recommend. The coaches have a lot of experience and knowledge, and they all make sure everyone understands the techniques and it’s doing it correctly. There’s a steep learning curve in my opinion, however, everyone in the classes, doesn’t matter what level they are, they all help each other during the training sessions and respect each other limits. A very addictive and powerful sport. It’s also a great sport for the little ones, my 3yo is loving it and I can already see improvements after a few classes.
