Our kids program is catered for all ages and fitness levels. We have kids classes six days a week from Monday - Saturday. All our programs include BullyFree training as well as problem solving, body awareness and self-defence.
Adults Timetable

Our BJJ programs are designed to take people with no experience or fitness and give them a confident foundation in the art of jiu jitsu. We offer classes seven days a week from morning till afternoon.
